New York and London: Blue Moon Books/John Calder, [1988]. First edition, copy J of Z (i.e. 26) copies lettered by hand, signed by both Beckett and illustrator Louis Le Brocquy; this a presentation copy inscribed by Beckett "for/Tom & Helen/with love/from Sam/August 89."
