London: Onesimus Ustonson, 1770. 19th century three-quarters red morocco, marbled sides. 5 7/8 x 3 3/8 inches; [2], [vi], 111, [1] pp. Minor wear. With the Robert Cohen bookplate.
An uncommon edition of this work, originally published in 1696, and reprinted frequently through about 1808. This copy retains the preliminary advertisement leaf advertising Ustonson's wares (he owned a tackle shop in Bell-Yard, and was the inventor of the multiplying reel), which is located before the half-title and often lacking. Westwood & Satchell, p. 184.
