Six-Character Mark of Xuande (1426-1435) and of the Period
Diameter 11 5/8 inches (29.5 cm)
The thick walled bowl is void of interior decoration, but painted on the exterior with a peony scroll of eight flowerheads above a lappet band at the base and running foliage encircling the foot.
