Circular, the center painted and gilt-decorated in reserve with a figure wearing a jester's hat and a robe, one hand holding a scepter, the other raised in a blessing, in front of cityscape with churches, flanked by two attendants, within a border painted with varicolored stylized flowers and foliage, marked under base with green underglaze Imperial Porcelain Manufactory mark, blue overglaze hammer, sickle and cog, with artist's monogram and inscribed N 351/5 and dated 1922. Diameter 10 5/8 inches (27 cm).

In excellent condition, with only light surface wear. Minor wear to blue flower on cavetto of plate at 6 o'clock (visible in catalogue photo). No evidence of damage or restoration.
