Berlin here asks of Harry (most likely Annie Get Your Gun composer Harry Ruby): "Is it true that Jules Glenzer invited Charles Lindbergh to a party and asked him to bring his machine?" Berlin is known to have been in Atlantic City in 1927, the year of Charles Lindbergh historic flight. Jules Glenzer was a senior executive at Cartier.
