(i) Slight toning throughout with mat burn. Some abraded surfaces mostly to the edges. Minor spots of staining. Kulicke & Chambers, Inc. New York framemakers label affixed to frame. Included in the frame is a receipt inscribed "Bill to Carstairs Gallery" and "Bernard Lamotte."
(ii) The right side of sheet is deckled. Adhesive residue visible to upper edge verso. General toning throughout with mat burn. Few spots of pinpoint foxing.
(iii) The sheet is cut irregularly to sides, taped to the overmount on the upper and lower edges. Toning throughout with mat burn. Some minor areas of staining. Plohn & Co., New York label affixed to frame backing.
(iv) The sheet is cut irregularly to sides. Toning throughout with mat burn and hinge burns. Some minor scattered handling creases.
(v) The sheet is lightly toned with some mat burn and hinge burns. Few areas of staining, some smudging of pigment.
(vi) The sheet is toned with mat burn. Wear to edges, including minor tears and losses, some creases. Areas of foxing and other staining.
