Rosamond Johnson, the second inscribed by J. Rosamond Johnson. Original cloth, the first with dust jacket. Jacket worn, some thumbsoiling.
An interesting association between Johnson and Ralph Van Vechten, brother of Harlem Renaissance patron Carl Van Vechten.
