Original gray clamshell case, pages loose as issued in wrappers. 14 inches (25 cm). 132 pp. inclusive of half-title and colophon, plus 4 pp. index and 1 p. publisher's statement. The case with some wear and fading, the book itself about fine in the original glassine.
With 7 original lithographs, including the cover and title spread, of which 3 are in color.
