. Comprising a group of inscribed photographs of musical figures including Irving Berlin, Harold Arlen, Noel Coward, Fred Astaire and others. These worn with losses; a group of images of Reisman in various sizes, including one signed, the images depicting him conducting, on film sets, on vacation, etc. Also includes several copies of a large format portrait of Reisman, and some related Reisman ephemera. Some wear; The sheet music comprising approximately 40 pieces, many with Art Deco era cover designs and including works by George Gershwin (several), Irving Berlin, Harold Arlen, Cole Porter, Cab Calloway, Duke Ellington ("Sophisticated Lady"), Jerome Kern, Richard Rodgers, Ziegfield Follies, etc. Some handling creases, a few worn, includes some duplicates; Together with Reisman's signed photostat copy of Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue manuscript, bound in pebbled black cloth. Rubbed.
An interesting miscellany. Reisman performed Rhapsody in Blue on tour with Gershwin in 1934.
