Chinese Blanc de Chine Figure of Guanyin
18th Century
Depicted seated in long draped robes in a position of ease, the right hand resting on the bent right knee, the left hand holding a scroll, the hair gathered up into a high chignon, overall creamy white glaze, back with impressed seal mark. Height 7 5/8 inches.

Two firing cracks on robe. 1/2 firing crack on head. Repairs to front of robe at the bottom front edge below knee and foot.
