Of ovoid form, rising to a waisted neck and flared rim, enameled overall with scrolling lotus between a stylized leaf band at the foot and ruyi collar, scrolling lotus and upright leaf borders on the shoulder and neck, the shoulder set with three gilt-bronze lion head and loose ring handles, all on a turquoise ground, on a gilt-bronze western base. Height of vase 26 inches.
