Full reddish/brown morocco by Brentanos, the covers paneled in gilt, the spines tooled and lettered in gilt with raised bands, gilt turn-ins, marbled endpapers, all edges gilt. 10 x 7 inches (15 x 16 cm); frontispieces, half-titles, title pages in black and red. Scratch to rear boards of Volume I, a few other scuffs but a fine and attractive set.
