Original chestnut levant morocco, the covers decorated with a geometric pattern made of bands composed of one thick and 23 thin gilt lines; signed on the bottom rear turn-in by Blair Hughes-Stanton (designer) and George Fisher at the Gregynog Press Bindery. 10 inches (25 cm); binding 10 1/8 x 7 1/2 inches (26 x 19 cm), top edge gilt. vii pp. including half-title, title, and frontispiece engraving; 101 pp., plus colophon leaf; printed in black and Tyrian red. Illustrated with four wood engravings and initial letters by Hughes-Stanton. Minute bruise to head of spine.
The paper used is hand-made stone colored Charles I by Barcham Green. Harrop 21; Zilverdistel 21.
