Kevin Zavian is a Senior Specialist in the Jewelry Department at Doyle. His duties include evaluating and cataloguing jewelry and fine watches, with a particular specialty in natural pearls and jade. He travels extensively across the nation advising individuals, families and fiduciaries on collections of jewelry and watches, and brings those collections to auction in approximately ten jewelry sales annually in New York and Beverly Hills.
A third-generation master jeweler, Kevin has worked the bench at the family shop since 1979. He received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business from West Virginia University. He is a member of the Appraisers Association of America and the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors.
Kevin is a featured appraiser on the Antiques Roadshow, a WGBH production televised nationwide on the PBS network.
