Inscribed C. Meinelt, with impressed KPM and scepter mark on the back. Height of plaque 17 1/8 inches (43.5 cm), width 21 1/4 inches (54 cm).

Porcelain Plaque: appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; the plaque is visible from behind and all four corners appear to be undamaged and no apparent hairline cracks, chips, losses, etc.; there is an area with a concentration of small scuffs and scratches on the front painted side of the plaque, located at the center bottom border area; not blacklighted
