Of flower form, with a bulbous mouth with a petaled rim, knopped stem, and domed circular foot, in cobalt colored glass, iridized, engraved L.C. Tiffany-Favrile 5311 H. Height 13 1/2 inches.

appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; there are some swirl lines to the iridescence on the top side of the foot, as made, not of any consequence; there are some scratch marks visible along the outer rim edge of the foot, not of great consequence; there is a water residue line visible on the interior side of the vase, located approximately 2 1/2 inches down from the top
