Riessner, Stellmacher & Kessel Amphora Pottery Co. Art Nouveau Earthenware Exotic Fish Vase
Model no. 4112, designed by Eduard Stellmacher, circa 1900-01
Of flower form, with a bulbous neck and compressed body, with an applied fish with fluttering pectoral fins, green ground, heightened with dark pink coloration, impressed R.St.K. company mark and model number. Height 11 1/8 inches.

appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; there appears to be a single small old nick to the front rim edge of a seaweed leaf, now overpainted, not of great consequence; there appears to be a small area of rubbing loss to the green paint at the top rim edge of the upper tail fin of the fish, perhaps as made at the factory, not of great consequence; not black lighted
