Assembled Nest of Three George III Sterling Silver Platters
Two marked Andrew Fogelberg, London, 1776, the largest marked London, 1729
Each shaped oval with gadrooned border, the cavettos engraved with later heraldic arms. Lengths 16 inches (40.5 cm), 14 1/4 inches (36 cm), and 12 1/2 inches (32 cm), total approximately 107 ounces.

The Arms are those of the Barons Cawdor of Castlemartin, County Pembroke.

All likely reshaped in the early 19th century from earlier models; all with same engraved arms; each with heavy marking and scratching from heavy use

Largest with clipped maker's mark, probably of Nelme
