Of globular-form chased with an elaborate cartouche, the stand with openwork rocaille and masked swags raised on three leaf-capped feet, the shaped triangular kettle stand raised on three shell feet, each engraved with a crest of a wyvern beneath a viscount's coronet. Height of kettle overall 15 3/4 inches (38.5 cm), length of kettle stand 10 3/4 inches (27 cm), total approximately 99 ounces, all in.

Generally good condition overall; Godfrey mark overstriking another, but clearly hallmarked; kettle and stand engraved with crest and viscount's coronet; dents to burner cover; the Robinson stand with patched erasures to cartouches at knees, showing underside; the kettle finial lacking ivory insulator
