Louis XVI Polychrome-Painted Bureau à Cylindre
Late 18th century
The flat rectangular top with outset rounded corners above a pair of panelled doors painted with urns, above three frieze drawers and a similarly decorated cylinder enclosing open compartments and a writing surface, the arched apron flanked by drawers, raised on fluted legs. Height 63 inches (160 cm), width 44 inches (111.7 cm), depth 26 inches (60.9 cm).
