Centering one old European-cut diamond ap. 3.82 cts., flanked by 4 old European-cut diamonds ap. 9.89 cts., further flanked by 6 old European-cut diamonds ap. 7.10 cts., continuing to 66 old-mine cut and round diamonds, spaced and completed by stylized flowers of one pear and 14 marquise-shaped diamonds, totaling ap. 19.15 cts., signed Cartier, no. 62-74004, ap. 23 dwts. Length 15 3/8 inches. With signed box.
