NEW YORK, NY -- Doyle held a timed auction of Coins, Stamps, Bank Notes & Sports Memorabilia on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. Of particular merit is the 1837 Martin Van Buren Indian Peace Medal in silver (est. $10,000-15,000). The sale also offered a small selection of the always popular Coin and Postage stamp mixed groups.
The Bank Notes comprised a strong offering of $1,000 and $500 Small size issues, also some group lots.
The Sports Memorabilia section offered a 1941 Yankees Commemorative Brown baseball bat and a complimentary baseball signed by many of that years illustrious team, a most interesting group of eighty photographs or cards with over ten HOF’s.
