Cartier Long Coral, Jade and Fluted Black Onyx Bead, Carved Jade and Diamond Pendant-Necklace
The necklace composed of cylindrical coral beads spaced by 12 fluted black onyx melon beads and 2 jade beads ap. 10.6 mm., joined by delicate diamond-set bar links, suspending one rectangular carved jade ap. 59.5 x 39.0 x 7.0 mm., signed Cartier, N.Y., no. 371, circa 1925. Length 29 inches.

Jade beads: light slightly mottled apple green, translucent, good luster.
Carved jade: overall medium deep apple green, lighter green in areas at edges, translucent, good luster. Good thickness. 2 5/16 x 1 1/2 x slightly over 1/4 inches.
Signed Cartier NY on the side of the first oval diamond-set link joining the onyx beads.
