Publisher's wrappers. 7 1/2 x 11 inches (19.5 x 28 cm); 8 pp. explanatory text brochure, set of four (all issued) very fine hand-heightened color stipple engravings by Hurlimann and Hegi after Stobwasser, of the Moravian missionary establishments on Antigua. Matted, uncut sheets, one mat also containing the original wrappers, all in fine condition, and quite rare complete.
A very scarce work indeed, especially with the text brochure, which we note was not present in any copy offered for auction. Hough & Hough The Beinecke Lesser Antilles Collection at Hamilton College, 820.
