First edition with $1.50 price, inscribed in a deliberately shaky hand on the title page by Gorey (as "Dogear Wryde"), dated 15 September 1961; Marked No 83 of 212 copies (as are all copies, in a spoof on the limitations often appearing in 19th century erotica). Publisher's wrappers. Covers somewhat worn, a little creased, but scarce inscribed. Toledano A7a.
