Art Nouveau Gold, Sapphire, Plique-à-Jour Enamel, Diamond and Pearl Dragonfly Brooch-Pendant, France
The fancy-shaped brooch-pendant centering a dragonfly designed with oval, pear-shaped & calibré-cut sapphires with delicate wings of blue & green plique-à-jour enamel, accented with old European-cut diamonds, the tail suspending one pearl ap. 4.3 mm, in a surround of multicolored enameled morning glories, flowers & foliate with rose-cut diamond stamens, encircled with gold tendril & vines, with maker's mark obscured & French assay marks, c. 1890, ap. 21.7 dwts.
The pearl has not been tested.

Pink, rose, yellow, cream and white color enamel in good condition, in good condition, with very minor loss
Blue and Green Plique-a-Jour overall in good condition, top left wing is missing one panel closest to the sapphires and partial panel right below. Other panels are in good condition.
Pearls: white color,with blue and rose overtones, lightly blemished, very good luster
Overall in good condition, minor discoloration to metal.
