First edition. Publisher's green cloth gilt. 7 1/4 x 5 1/8 inches; [iv], 459, [1] pp.; frontispiece, plates, publisher's advertisements. Extremities worn, one or two pale stains to cloth, slightly overopened, bookplate of Jeffrey Norton to front pastedown.
