Cleveland: The Arthur H. Clark Company, 1906. First edition. Publisher's green cloth, gilt-lettered spine, uncut. 9 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches; 249 pp.; half-title, folding map, frontispiece portrait, plates. Extremities a bit worn, one or two small pale stains to covers, folding map with very short tear near mount not affecting image.
