Grachev, with the workmaster's mark Cyrillic AP, probably for Alexander Petrov, St. Petersburg, before 1899
The tapering cylindrical handle enameled with varicolored scrolling foliage, the flat tapering blade with engraved foliate motif on a blue plique-à-jour enamel ground. Length 8 1/4 inches (21 cm.).
