Sheets folded 15 x 20 inches; 381 x 508 mm.

Pale timestain, some with a few tiny spots of discoloration in the margins and verso, one with a line of (printers'?) ink in the top margin extending to image edge, two sheet with some creasing at top left and right sheet corners, one sheet with some creasing at the fold at top sheet edge, Follio II/Folder 33 with a handling crease in each image (one at right and corresponding one at left) with hairline abrasion to the ink and some creasing in the margins at the top of the fold, otherwise in good condition, the title page with some creasing and discoloration.
