Antique Gold, Yellow Sapphire and Enamel Pendant-Necklace
The oval patterned red enamel frame centering one oval yellow sapphire approximately 8.2 x 7.2 mm., within white enamel with gold scroll decoration, quartered by square plaques centering applied flowers and opalescent and red enamel fleur-de-lys, completed by a rectangular and square link chain necklace alternating with bar and square links, applied with red, black and white enamel, circa 1870, minor enamel loss, approximately 33 dwts. Length 24 inches.
