New York: The Derrydale Press, 1939. Limited edition, number 63 of 950 copies, first state with the map. Two volumes. Publisher's red cloth gilt, preserved in slipcase. 11 x 8 1/4 inches; half-titles, limitation page, sectional titles, folding map, folding chart, colored frontispieces, colored and plain plates. Spines sunned, slipcase a bit worn with some loss, endpapers toned, else very attractive.
Scarce in slipcase. With the folding map in volume one; the map is believed to have been inserted in "approximately one third of the copies" (Frazier). Bruns H20; Cave A21; Frazier H-1-a, H-1-b; Seigel 156.
