Upper cover with tongue-in-cheek letter to the publisher: "Dear Sirs-Your kind request that I write some good advice for very young anglers, and make it as short as possible, so as not to waste any more of your valuable space than I can help, does equal credit to your head and your heart. Your promise to send me one half dozen (6) assorted fish hooks by return mail, postpaid, if I make the article real wise and lively, is accepted with much emotion." Not in Bruns, Sheets, or Wetzel.
