Front cover and title page detached, wrappers chipped and toned, "Extracts" quite browned and repaired with Japanese tissue.
Quite rare, this slim volume "...gives a concise and interesting account of the physical features, public works, natural resources, industries, minerals, and general condition of this island, which lies in the mouth of the great Canadian River, the St. Lawrence. The island was last year purchased by Mr. F. W. Stockwell, an enterprising resident of Quebec and well known in this country. The fine field offered to the sportsman is also described..."
