The openwork garland brooch tipped by one round sapphire approximately .35 c., within scrolls of 30 vari-shaped old-mine cut diamonds approximately 1.25 cts., and small rose-cut diamonds, with collapsible pendant-loop, approximately 7.4 dwts.
