Additional Notes & Condition Report

Glue relined. Frame abrasion around the edges. Dense old varnish layer, selectively cleaned. Several repaired holes: 1) one about 1 cm in diameter near the right margin to the right of the patridge's wing; 2) another the same size in the background of the upper right quadrant; and 3) a larger one about 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm next to the upper right margin. Scattered touches of restoration in the background; some contours and shadows on the still life reinforced.
