Comprising a flask, tray and six beakers; engraved overall with strapwork and geometric motifs in the Old Russian style, within beaded borders; the flask shaped globular with tapering neck and on circular foot, each tapering cylindrical beaker on a domed foot, the circular tray on ball feet and with pierced apron, the border engraved with the Russian saying: Our great-grandfathers drank, ate simply, but lived in the world for a hundred years. Height of bottle 10 1/2 inches (26.7 cm), total approximately 49 3/4 ounces (1,546 grams).
