Period quarter green morocco, patterned cloth covers, the upper stamped with the title and a crowned "A." 20 1/2 x 14 3/4 inches (52 x 37 cm); title leaf, dedication leaf to Nicholas I, 22 pp., plate list, added lithographed title and 24 plates (one in colors) from a total of 80 issues (with the accompanying leaves of explicatory text). Spine present but defective, several plates loose and frayed in the margins, some spotting etc..
