Fabergé Silver Icon of St. Nina
Workmaster Hjalmar Armfelt, St. Petersburg, circa 1911
Oval, depicting the saint half-length, within a frame cast with foliage and geometric motifs, the reverse of the icon signed V. Gorbunov and dated 1911, the wood back mounted with the Cyrillic letters KhV. 3 1/4 x 2 1/4 inches (8.25 x 5.7 cm).
