The Picture of New York, 1807, lacks map, early boards, rebacked but worn; HARDIE, JAMES. The Description of the City of New York, 1827, first edition, contemporary calf, folding map, discrete repair to map verso, binding rubbed, a sound copy; a second copy in matching binding, tape repairs to map, boards detached; SPAFFORD, HORATIO GATES. A Gazetteer of the State of New-York, Albany, 1813, folding map of the state, two plates, modern boards to style with paper label, foxing, a sound copy of the first gazetteer of New York, Howes S802; DURAND, ASHER B. The American Landscape, No. 1, [all issued], 1830, first edition, original wrappers, 6 plates, tissue guards foxed, old dampstain affects plates; and FAY, THEODORE S.
