The rectangular form painted in a famille rose palette with a bearded sage dressed in long flowing robes holding a chrysanthemum sprig, accompanied by his attendant carrying a flower filled basket, all below two bats in flight. Sight 14 1/4 x 9 1/4 inches.

A few scattered iron spots and pinholes. A few light shallow surface scratches. Minor losses and light wear to enamel. Stain/residue on the robe of the boy (please reference photos). NOT examined out of frame.
