With AGL report no. CS 1077581 stating that the sapphire is of Burma (Myanmar) origin, no gemological evidence of heat or clarity enhancement.

Sapphire: bright medium deep blue with violet hue, color concentrated on top half of stone, minor inclusions, cross hatch of silk in one corner, visible with loupe, minor table edge and facet junction abrasions, scratch near edge of table, slightly visible to eye, chip at crown facet by girdle, very nice step-cut, pavilion's symmetry off-center, culet off-center, very lively.
