United States Ulysses Grant 1871 Silver Indian Peace Medal Julian IP-42
Fine to Very Fine example of this scarce medal in Silver, approximately 63 mm, rims approximately 4 mm, 1514 grains, nice light silver color with traces of deeper grayish luster, there is a light staining on the obverse at about 4 o'clock and some possible light polishing is evident, a few negligible surface and rim markings, holed with thin loop, overall pleasing appearance.
