Chinese Boxwood Figure of a Boy

Carved standing on one leg, the other leg bent, the hands held before him in a prayer pose, wearing a tunic over loose pants tied at each side, the head bent slightly to one side, fitted box. Height 2 3/4 inches.

Acquired in China in the 1950s
