Wide Platinum and Diamond Bracelet, E. Kochert, Vienna
The wide bracelet composed of a pierced navette-shaped design edged by diamond and triangular-shaped links, set throughout with 194 old European-cut diamonds approximately 26.50 cts., accented by rose-cut diamonds, with maker's mark and hallmark, circa 1920, approximately 46.8 dwts. Length 6 7/8 inches. With fitted box.
In 1819, the Frenchman Emmanuel Pioté formed a partnership with Jakob Heinrich Kochert in Vienna. The Maison A.E. Kochert has offered exquisite jewels to royalty for generations, since the days of the Imperial Court.
