Original drawing for an Addams Family cartoon, depicting Morticia Addams and Granny Frump at a card table, ink and gouache on illustration board, signed (l.l.) in drawing, captioned and inscribed at head "For Barbara with love, Chas Addams 1966." 13 x 10 1/2 inches (33 x 26 cm) on sheet 20 1/4 x 17 1/4 inches (51 x 44 cm) , the verso with The New Yorker stamps and annotations. Mat mounted to blank areas of illustration board.
This drawing was referenced in the first episode The Addams Family Goes to School of the television series The Addams Family, broadcast September 18, 1964.
