Of squat globular form, with a deep waisted neck and everted rim, in translucent amber colored glass, decorated with meandering trailed green blossoms and vines, iridized, signed Louis C. Tiffany Furnaces Inc. Favrile 1518 4825 M and with original paper label. Height 3 inches, diameter 4 1/4 inches.
