This is a period 19th Century Frame. Frame rubbing. Scattered craquelure. There is some scattered touches of inpaint in the leaves in the upper register and an inpainted paint flake in the lower left quadrant. There is some scattered inpainted craquelure at center. Dense varnish, unable to detect further restoration under UV light.
