Renaissance Revival Gold, Button Pearl, Gray Pearl, Diamond and Enamel Pendant-Brooch
The circular brooch centering a diamond-set star atop a black enamel dome, encircled by rose-cut diamonds, surrounded by 3 semi-baroque pearls approximately 9.0 mm., and 3 dark gray, pinkish-brown and taupe pearls approximately 5.0 mm., spaced by 12 old-mine cut diamonds edged by red enamel and tipped by black enamel balls, further encircled by old-mine cut diamonds and black enamel and gold decoration, suspending 3 pearls approximately 4.8 mm., with black and red enamel decoration, embellished by old-mine and rose-cut diamonds, circa 1860, reverse with glazed compartment.

luster, appear to be fully round pearls.
Colored pearls: deep gray with faint pink and green hues, pinkish-gray & taupe, minor scratch on dark gray pearl, medium to good luster, most probably button pearls.
Drop pearls: off-white, two side pearls with pink and green hues, good luster.
Diamonds: I-J-SI, one Imp.
Minor black enamel loss on pendant loop. Minor black enamel repair on border between 7:00 & 8:00, not visible to eye.
Good condition. 2 5/8 (including pendant loop) x 1 3/8".
