Stock book filled with approximately two thousand stamps, Mint and Used, with issues to about 1935, includes Poland, Baltics, Russia, Albania, Bulgaria, Crete, Greece, Jugoslavia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and Thrace. A nice range of Lithuania, Serbia and Estonia as well as better early issues from Romania, the Greece includes a nice showing of Hermes Heads, 1896 Olympic set complete. Many stamps with expert signatures and all neatly arranged by Scott number which will help in determining the value. Overall Fine to Very Fine.
